Widespread Promotion of Ebrahim Raisi’s Daughter’s Book Among Pilgrims

Yashar Soltani, a media activist, reported on Twitter about the widespread promotion of a book on the subject of hijab and chador, authored by Reyhaneh Raisolsadati, the daughter of Ebrahim Raisi.

In this tweet, Yashar Soltani wrote that friends who went on the pilgrimage sent him images of promotional brochures for several books on hijab and chador, which have been widely distributed in the pilgrims’ hotel. The author of these books is the president’s daughter.

This media activist further added, by publishing documents, that all the books were printed by the Quran and Etrat Cultural Institute of the Imam Reza School, which is also owned by Mr. Raisi’s family.

He concluded by stating that the government should clarify from what source and with what purpose the cost of these hijab-themed promotions, which have been widely distributed during the Hajj trip, has been funded, and generally, from what source the budget of institutions like Mr. Raisi’s family institute is provided.
