Vitkoff states that any potential agreement with the Islamic Republic must be aligned with Donald Trump’s policies.
Steve Vitkoff, the special envoy of U.S. President Donald Trump for Middle Eastern affairs, announced in a message on the social network X that any final agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran will only be possible if it is a Trump-style agreement.
He emphasized that any agreement must establish a framework for peace, stability, and prosperity in the Middle East, which requires the complete cessation and elimination of Iran’s nuclear enrichment and weaponization program.
Vitkoff also mentioned that President Trump has asked him to design a strict, fair, and sustainable agreement, one that can endure in the long term and serve global interests.
