The head of the Housing Bank stated that the ceiling for youth housing loans for those who open accounts in 2023 will be 16 billion rials in Tehran, 14 billion rials in provincial centers and cities with populations over 200,000, and 12 billion rials in other areas. The ceiling for loans after 15 full years will be 40 billion rials in Tehran, 34 billion rials in provincial centers and cities with populations over 200,000, and 28 billion rials in other areas.

The minimum amount to open a Youth Housing Savings Account in all geographical areas of the country is 8 million rials, and if depositors wish to benefit from the maximum loan amount, they need to deposit more according to existing guidelines.
