Zahra Minouei, Taraneh Alidoosti’s lawyer, announced that a 6-month supervisory order has been issued for Taraneh Alidoosti.

Zahra Minouei, the lawyer of Iranian cinema actress Taraneh Alidoosti, says that a 6-month supervisory order has been issued for her client.

Ms. Minouei, in an interview with ILNA news agency, stated that in Ms. Alidoosti’s recent case related to her Instagram post about Armita Geravand, a six-month supervisory order has been issued, during which she must not publish any posts with political content or that disturb public opinion.

Ms. Alidoosti was arrested after her support for the 2022 protests and her objection to mandatory hijab and execution sentences, and she was released on bail after 18 days in prison.
