Zanyar Tandor was transferred to a camp in Turkey with poor physical condition
Reports have emerged about the transfer of Zanyar Tandor, a protester from Piranshahr, who lost vision in his right eye due to a bullet shot during the protests, to a refugee camp in Turkey.
Kurdpa has written that Zanyar was handed over by Greek police to Turkish police and is deprived of access to medical treatment in the Mugla refugee camp.
This news agency, quoting one of Zanyar’s relatives, reported that Zanyar Tandor, who along with his father was heading to Europe for treatment on a refugee boat in Greek waters, was stranded on March 25th when the boat’s engine failed, and after 24 hours, the Greek police handed them over to Turkish police.
A video of Zanyar on the boat was released, in which he talked about his poor condition and lack of access to water, food, and medicine.
According to the latest report, Zanyar and his father were then arrested by Turkish police and transferred to the refugee camp in Mugla province, Turkey. This is while Zanyar is in a poor state due to lack of access to treatment and medicine.
