Zelensky: The delivery of weapons has started but needs to be faster

Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, says that Russia has taken an aggressive approach in the war with Ukraine by exploiting the slow delivery process of Western weapons.

He made this remark a few days after the U.S. Congress approved a military aid package worth 61 billion dollars for Ukraine.

Mr. Zelensky said that the arrival of some aid has begun but added that it needs to be delivered faster.

Speaking alongside Jens Stoltenberg, the NATO Secretary-General, he said it is not too late for Ukraine to win.

Earlier, officials from the port of Odessa on the Black Sea said that a Russian missile attack on the city left four dead and 28 injured.
