Bulgaria has become Iran’s latest European customer for oil.

Data released by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, shows that the EU imported 4,181 tons of crude oil or petroleum products from Iran in the past calendar year.

Three EU members, namely Romania, Poland, and Bulgaria, imported crude oil or petroleum products from Iran in the past calendar year.
