The trade of petroleum products with Pakistani goods is in its final stage.
The Director General of South Asia at the Trade Development Organization says that a delegation from Iran will soon be sent to finalize the trade of petroleum products and other goods with Pakistani products.
Hadi Talebian said on Saturday, July 1, to ILNA news agency that Iran’s export advantage to Pakistan includes petroleum products, dry goods, machinery, and construction materials, and in return, goods such as clothing will be imported.
The barter trade between Iran and Pakistan has been ongoing for years, mostly focused on importing Pakistani rice in exchange for Iranian petrochemical products and petroleum derivatives, but it has not yielded results.
