The head of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces in Sistan and Baluchestan announced that the trial of the suspects in the bloody Friday in Zahedan will be held in April.

The head of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces in Sistan and Baluchestan stated that a indictment has been issued for the suspects in the bloody Friday in Zahedan, and the trial for this case will take place in mid-April.

Ahmadreza Pourkhaghan, in relation to the issued indictment, told Tasnim News Agency that based on the investigations conducted by us in the court and the expert examinations, it has been determined that some of the individuals who engaged in shooting were involved in extremism and exaggeration.

He did not explain what he meant by extremism and exaggeration, and who the suspects are. He mentioned that the Judicial Organization has received complaints from the affected individuals, families, and guardians of the victims of that incident.

Bloody Friday or Black Friday in Zahedan refers to the massacre of protesters on the eighth of Mehr last year, during which a group of people gathered in response to the news of the assault by a police commander in Chabahar on a Baloch girl, and were violently suppressed by the police forces.
