A 20-year-old with 153 vacant homes caught in the tax net

The Director General of the Audit Office of the Tax Affairs Organization stated that five banks have the most vacant homes, and their status is being followed up by the Tax Affairs Organization.

Shahin Mostofi mentioned in an interview that Bank Maskan has eight thousand vacant homes, Bank Sepah has 2,600 vacant homes, Bank Mellat has 583 vacant homes, Bank Saderat has 278 vacant homes, and Bank Pasargad has 181 vacant homes.

The Director General of the Audit Office of the Tax Affairs Organization also announced that Iran Insurance owns 178 vacant units.

He added that a 20-year-old individual has been identified with 153 vacant homes, and the source of their income needs to be determined. Furthermore, the individual’s income tax is being pursued through the Tax Affairs Organization’s systems.
