53% of Healthcare Staff Want to Leave

53 percent of healthcare staff want to leave

According to the latest survey published by the Iranian Migration Observatory, more than 53 percent of healthcare staff are inclined to migrate from Iran, and only 3 percent of them wish to return to the country after migrating. Respondents were also asked about the impact of internal personal factors and external factors related to the overall state of the country on their desire to migrate. The responses from the target groups reveal that more than 70 percent of doctors and nurses believe external factors have a significant impact on their decision to migrate. Additionally, 73 percent of doctors and nurses considered the impact of inflation on their desire to migrate to be very significant, and 63 percent assessed the impact of sanctions on their migration desire as very high.
