Tomaj Salehi’s lawyer has announced that this protest singer has been acquitted of charges of spreading lies and inciting violent acts.

Amir Reisian, Tomaj Salehi’s lawyer, announced on Monday, March 18, on the X network on Twitter that Tomaj Salehi has been acquitted by Branch 117 of the Criminal Court 2 in Isfahan of charges of spreading lies and inciting violence in relation to a video released in Azar 1402.

The trial of Tomaj Salehi’s case in 1402 was held via video conference on Saturday, March 17.

Tomaj Salehi, a rap singer, was released on bail on November 17 this year after enduring 252 days of solitary confinement and a total of one year and 21 days in prison, but only 12 days later, after releasing a video describing his torture in prison, he was arrested again on charges of assault.
