Issuance of two death sentences for 18-year-old Mehdi Mohammadi-Fard

The Hrana News Agency has reported that an 18-year-old citizen has been sentenced to death twice by the Sari Revolutionary Court.

Mehdi Mohammadi-Fard, who was arrested during the Nowshahr protests, was accused of spreading corruption on earth and waging war against God.

He has also been sentenced to a total of seven and a half years in prison for other charges such as propaganda against the regime, inciting to disrupt national security, insulting the leadership, and gathering and collusion to commit crimes against national security.

According to Hrana, Mr. Mohammadi-Fard has been denied access to a chosen lawyer.
