One person was killed in a shooting at a wedding ceremony in Ghotvand County.
Abbas Abbasizadeh, the governor of Ghotvand, stated that a 32-year-old man lost his life as a result of a shooting by an individual with a hunting rifle at a wedding ceremony in this county.
The prosecutor of Ghotvand also mentioned that the perpetrator of the shooting has been arrested and the wedding hall where the crime took place has been sealed.
According to reports, in some wedding ceremonies, the tradition of celebratory gunfire for the bride and groom still continues. In recent years, the news of deaths and injuries of individuals in such ceremonies has sparked a lot of criticism.
