European countries’ leaders agreed to add 10 new items to the sanctions against Iran.
Reuters news agency reported on Thursday, May 23, citing an informed source, that EU member states agreed to add 10 new items to the sanctions against the Islamic Republic.
The source, who did not want to be identified, said that this action is related to the Islamic Republic’s military presence in the Middle East and the Red Sea, as well as its military support in the war against Ukraine.
