Bitcoin price on the brink of falling to the $15,000 range, 7% drop in Ethereum price

In the early hours of Monday’s trading, Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market experienced a decline, with most coins in the red zone.

The global cryptocurrency market value is currently $800.98 billion, showing a 4.17% decrease compared to the previous day.

Additionally, the total trading volume over the past 24 hours has increased by 87.01% and reached $615.4 billion.

On the other hand, $1.089 billion in short positions in Bitcoin futures have been liquidated over the past 24 hours.

Bitcoin has dropped by more than 3% to a price of $16,128, and Ethereum has fallen by more than 7% to a price of $1,128.

Other well-known cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Ripple, and Cardano have also seen a decline in price.
