A day after Hassan Rahimpour Azghadi implicitly accused the former Iranian president of espionage, Hassan Rouhani, in a letter to the judiciary, called for legal action against this member of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

Hassan Rouhani’s website on Tuesday, May 9, briefly reported that Rouhani, in a letter to the judiciary, requested legal pursuit and judicial investigation regarding the false statements and slanders of Hassan Rahimpour Azghadi against him and his colleagues.

On May 8, in response to the execution of Alireza Akbari, the former deputy defense minister, Azghadi implicitly accused Mr. Rouhani of espionage, saying that the enemy comes and recruits people from your most inner circles.
