Head of the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exporters Union: Chinese and Russian Companies Do Not Cooperate with Iran

The head of the Union of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exporters says Chinese and Russian companies do not cooperate with Iran.

The head of the Union of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exporters says that for a long time, major Chinese and Russian companies, which are state-owned and have experience working abroad, do not cooperate with Iran due to sanctions.

Hamid Hosseini told Didban Iran that cooperation between Russia and China with Iran is mainly limited to small companies, refineries, and private sector companies. Therefore, as long as we are under sanctions, large state-owned Chinese companies, despite the 25-year agreement and the like, cannot cooperate with us.
