The first part of the 1403 national budget bill, consisting of seven chapters, includes provisions on resource ceilings, income ceilings, and operational balance, ceilings on the disposal of capital assets, ceilings on the disposal of financial assets, resources for targeted subsidies, and assumptions for forecasting resources and expenditures, was submitted to the parliament yesterday.

In this bill, the exchange rate of 31,000 tomans has been proposed, which is an increase compared to the previous year.

Notably, in the 1403 budget, resources and expenditures are written based on the euro, which suggests that the government intends to replace the dollar with the euro.
