Ali Shariati: Iraq will soon connect to the SWIFT system, which will result in us losing some tools for circumventing sanctions.

Russia will certainly not understand our problems with its high sales of oil and gas, but if we can facilitate trade exchanges with China and Iraq, it will benefit the country. Unfortunately, details of the agreements with China have not yet been released.
