The Islamic Republic newspaper: A manager in our society, as a part of a large organization, follows a general structure and rules. A manager is neither created nor destroyed but rather transforms from one form to another.
As people say, they are like shrine pigeons; if you shoo them away from here, they settle a little further away and always find a place to sit.
It is natural for this closed circle that the true holders of power, the people, are always seen as subjects of the manager, as no popular power can uproot them from their dark seats. Consequently, a manager can never establish a connection with the employees. Corruption, incompetence, and illiteracy are no reasons for losing their seats. To become a manager, only a recommendation and a quid pro quo are needed, and this increasing entropy means striving towards disintegration.
