A comparison of the dollar value of the average price of one square meter of land in the city of Tehran with land prices in the famous cities of Saudi Arabia during the first half of 2022 shows that while the average price of one square meter of residential land in Tehran was about $1,776, this amount was $638 in Riyadh, $506 in Jeddah, $446 in Dammam, $377 in Mecca, and $295 in Medina.

In other words, the price of land in Tehran is 28 times that in Riyadh, 35 times that in Jeddah, 4 times that in Dammam, and 47 times that in the city of Medina. On average, the price of land in Tehran is 4 times that of cities in Saudi Arabia.
