The British Foreign Ministry announced that this country, along with the United States and the European Union, has imposed new sanctions against Iran under the pretext of human rights.

Mohammad Nazar Azimi, commander of the Najaf Ashraf Corps, Habib Shahsavari, commander of the West Azerbaijan Corps, Mohsen Karimi, commander of the Markazi Province Corps, and Ahmad Khadem, commander of the Karbala Corps of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the southwest of the country, have been placed on the sanctions list.
