Sohail Jahangiri’s political sponsor warned about his situation

Marcel Hopp, a member of the German parliament and the political sponsor of Sohail Jahangiri, a political prisoner arrested in connection with the Iranian protests, has warned about his situation and stated that the trial date for this political prisoner has been set.

Mr. Hopp wrote on Twitter that the court date for Sohail Jahangiri is approaching, and currently, attention to his case as well as his cousin Saleh Mirhashemi is important.

Yi Wan Ri, another member of the German parliament who has also taken on the political sponsorship of Iranian political prisoners, reposted this tweet in English, stating that the trial date for Sohail Jahangiri is set for next Thursday and called for widespread support for him.
