The intensity of inflation in the housing market until the end of the year

Hassan Mohtasham, a member of the board of directors of the Association of Builders in Tehran Province, states that the country’s economy has become so sick and unfortunate that predicting prices in the housing market is very difficult. However, it seems that based on the government’s economic policies, housing prices will face new inflation by the end of the year.

In recent months, the government has been trying to stabilize the price of gold coins by offering quarter coins on the commodity exchange. Unfortunately, it has failed to break the market price of gold coins and has sometimes fueled the high prices of quarter coins in the free market.

Following this failure, there is a high probability of capital migration from the coin market to the housing market. However, the green light for people’s entry into this market has not yet been turned on. Nevertheless, it may be that people have the money, but inflation in housing prices outpaces people’s capital.
