Disclosure of European Companies’ Involvement in Iranian Drones

The British newspaper, The Guardian, has reported in an exclusive article, citing Ukrainian government documents, about the participation of European companies in the construction of Russian drones used in the Ukraine war. According to the report, it is stated that there are components in Iranian suicide drones, recently used in attacks on Ukrainian cities, which are made in Europe.

This report is based on documents that the British newspaper claims were sent confidentially by the Ukrainian government to its allies.

These documents consist of 47 pages, which the Ukrainian government sent to seven industrialized countries in August, known as the Group of Seven. It is claimed that in the past three months, about 600 drone attacks have been carried out on its cities, using Western technology.

According to documents received by The Guardian, the Shahed-131 drone, made in Iran, has used 52 electrical components made by Western companies. For the Shahed-136 drone, approximately 57 components have been declared.
