Videos circulating on social media show a gathering of teachers and parents protesting against the management of education in Sanandaj.

This gathering took place today, Wednesday, 16th of Esfand, and according to reports, teachers and parents are demanding school security.

Reports from Iran indicate that teachers have held rallies and gatherings in support of students in several cities. Earlier, the Coordinating Council of Iranian Teachers’ Associations called on employed and retired teachers to gather in front of the Department of Education on Wednesday, 16th of Esfand, in support of students.
