Trump to be tried again

Trump will be tried again.

Donald Trump will go to court on Tuesday, where E. Jean Carroll, a former United States president, accuses him of assaulting her in the mid-1990s in a dressing room of a major department store.

It is predicted that the jury selection process will begin in the federal court in Manhattan, where a former columnist of Elle magazine has accused Trump of defamation.

The 76-year-old Trump denies the 79-year-old Carroll’s allegations. In an article on his own platform Truth Social in October 2022, he described this woman’s claim as a complete hoax and fraud.

Trump says that this writer has fabricated and paid for this encounter to promote her memoir, and he stated that she is not on his level.

Trump is not obligated to appear in court in this case, and his lawyers have indicated that he may not attend the hearing, citing potential security concerns and traffic issues.
