Through security and judicial privileges, he has been able to commit numerous corrupt acts. Most of Khaliri’s companies are registered under the name of his brother’s spouse and close relatives. During his brother’s tenure as CEO, Khaliri received significant projects and damages from the National Drilling Company through court rulings that were bought by the judges. Starting tomorrow, evidence of corruption and privileges, including those reaching the Supreme Leader Khamenei, will be published regarding the Etehargaran Valiasr Company, where Khaliri served as CEO, despite never having served in the military.

Khaliri has a close relationship with Akbar Tabari, and many judges have received bribes to finalize cases related to Khaliri and rule in his favor. An attached document concerns a property in Lavasanat, which Khaliri has registered under another person’s name and has legal representation for. However, he has been unable to sell the property through Mohammadreza Fatemi in a normal manner and it has gone to court.

In court, Akbar Tabari states that if I want to call the whole Lavasan area by my name, it belongs to Jalair Khalili. He also illegally purchases an official office under the name of Hora Nikbakht, but the owner of the office becomes aware of its illegality and is not willing to transfer it. However, with the case going to court and bribery of the judge, he is forced to transfer it. Other documents will be published from tomorrow and the original documents will be available on the Iran Gate website.
