ISIS claims responsibility for Kabul attack

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack in Kabul.

This attack, which took place near the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is the first attack since the beginning of Ramadan in Afghanistan.

The number of casualties is still reported as six. An Italian non-governmental organization that runs the emergency department of a hospital in Kabul has announced that 12 people, including a child, have been injured. This is the second time in less than three months that attacks have taken place near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
