A 4.6 magnitude earthquake shook Mashhad

According to the announcement of the Seismology Center of Tehran University, earthquakes with a magnitude of 4.6 hit Mashhad and Neyshabur in Khorasan Razavi province in the early hours of Friday, the eighth of Ordibehesht.

According to IRNA, this earthquake occurred at 2:10 am on Friday, with the epicenter located in Zaberkhan Neyshabur, at a depth of eight kilometers.

This earthquake caused panic among the people of Mashhad, and according to Mohsen Davari, the governor of Mashhad, many citizens and travelers spent the night on the streets. So far, no damage has been reported from this earthquake.
