Six months have passed since the temporary detention of Elaheh Mohammadi.

Alnaz, the sister of Elaheh Mohammadi, a journalist who has been detained, wrote on social media networks expressing her longing for her sister and stating that her temporary detention has been going on for six months.

Elaheh Mohammadi is a journalist in the social and women’s field at Ham-Mihan newspaper. After the murder of Mahsa Amini, she traveled to Saqqez to cover her funeral ceremony and was detained upon her return after receiving a phone summons.

In addition to Elaheh Mohammadi, Niloufar Hamedi, a reporter for Shargh newspaper, who was present at Kasra Hospital in Tehran at the same time as Mahsa Amini’s hospitalization, is also in detention.
