Ali Akbar Salehi does not grant citizenship to foreign elites in Iran

The Deputy Head of the Academy of Sciences emphasizes that not only do we encourage elites to leave the country, but we also do not grant citizenship to foreign immigrants from countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and Azerbaijan who are interested in staying in Iran.

If we cannot retain Iranian elites in the country, at least let’s make it easier for elites from other countries to come to Iran.
