According to the announcement of the Iranian judiciary, this institution has issued a ruling to ban the pursuit of the recently confiscated newspaper ‘Sazandegi’.

The judiciary stated that no false information has been found in the report of ‘Sazandegi’ regarding the topic of meat price inflation.

The institution also stated that it has not observed any false information in this article that has been considered a crime.

Recently, the Press Supervisory Board had ordered the confiscation of the newspaper ‘Sazandegi’ after the publication of a headline about meat price inflation. It was stated that this newspaper has been causing public unrest in recent months by publishing false content.

The newspaper ‘Sazandegi’, which reflects the views of the ‘Kargozaran Sazandegi’ party, is owned by the former mayor of Tehran, Gholamhossein Karbaschi, who is also an investor in this media outlet.
