The Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, it is an important question that I am asked when I come to Iran or the Middle East. The agency conducts inspections based on agreements it has with countries, and the same goes for Iran because Iran is a member of the NPT.

I want the Iranian community to understand that we conduct inspections based on these agreements. I cannot inspect a place based on my personal preference or desire.

Regarding Israel and some other countries that are not NPT members, this statement is not true. In the end, I must say that all countries in the world should become NPT members.
