Kanaani’s reaction to Borbook’s tweet about serial poisonings

Nasser Kanaani, the spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, tweeted in response to the German Foreign Minister’s reaction to the poisoning of schoolgirls in Iran. Among the bitter truths that still need clarification, he mentioned that the chemical poisonings through toxic German gases during the imposed war era by Saddam are the responsibility of the German government.

Kanaani called the statements of the German Foreign Minister deceitful and added that the investigation into this destructive and anti-security act is underway. The Iranian government takes the identification of criminals and uprooting this malice very seriously. We will not allow the creation of insecurity for Iranian schoolgirls with political motives.

Annalena Baerbock, the German Foreign Minister, called the reports of the poisoning of schoolgirls in Iran disturbing and wrote in a tweet that Iranian girls, whether in Tehran or Ardabil, should go to school without fear.
