According to ILNA, quoting Novosti, the Kremlin announced today that Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, and Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, had a telephone conversation. The statement added that several issues were discussed, emphasizing the further expansion of bilateral relations in the areas of trade, economy, investment, and energy. Both sides also expressed satisfaction with the level of coordination within the framework of OPEC Plus to stabilize the global oil market. They also discussed the prospects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the BRICS association, as well as the situation in the Middle East and the resolution of the crisis in the region.
