81% of Persepolis Club’s shares will be transferred.

81% of Persepolis Club’s shares will soon be transferred. It was previously planned to transfer 51% of the shares of this club, but Iranian news agencies have announced that this did not happen due to lack of buyers.

According to the IRNA news agency, 81% of the shares of both Persepolis and Esteghlal clubs must be offered for sale for the Asian Football Confederation to approve the transfer of these two clubs.

Reports suggest that on Saturday, 25 Farvardin, 81% of Persepolis Club’s shares will be advertised to take the initial step towards the transfer.

It is said that five banks are supposed to purchase this 81%. One of the banks will likely acquire a significant portion, possibly 46%, and the remaining 35% will be divided among other banks to finalize the transfer of Persepolis Club.
