Ayatollah Seyyed Hassan Khomeini believes that any opinion that the majority wants should govern.
Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, as a political movement, should firmly adhere to this statement in his activities. It is very important to me that you like me, but not as much as my beliefs. If you are going to like me without my beliefs, then I am not myself anymore.
There is nothing wrong with someone whose opinion is favored by the majority at one point, and then the majority changes their preference, and after some time, the power is transferred naturally.
It is not the case that we should say whatever everyone says. We should promote our own ideas, but at the same time, we should acknowledge that any opinion that the majority wants should govern, not necessarily what I personally believe.
That is why political parties should not be swayed by the tide and should believe in themselves, stand by their beliefs, and speak up for them.
