Deployment of moral police forces in Tehran University

The deputy of Tehran University spoke about the university’s program for dealing seriously with professors and staff regarding the hijab and confirmed the deployment of female moral police forces in the university.

Mehdi Shahbazi, the cultural and social deputy of Tehran University, on Monday, February 18, while approving the presence of female moral police in the university, also expressed satisfaction with their performance and stated that individuals from the university’s seminary, Islamic teachings and thoughts, and psychologists have also been involved in imposing compulsory hijab on students and professors.

He claimed to the ILNA news agency about the committee related to dress code in this university that the approach in dealing with students is persuasive, dialogical, and consultative, but according to him, the encounters with professors and staff are very serious and fully legal, and they are referred to the area of violations and staff selection.
