Fars News Agency: Free Dollar Reached 64,520 Tomans

Fars News Agency reported that the free market exchange rate for the US dollar reached 64,520 tomans.

Fars stated that a field investigation of the currency market in Ferdowsi Square shows that the price of the dollar in the unofficial market has remained unchanged since the beginning of trading today, the first of Ordibehesht.

Today, the dollar in the currency and gold exchange center remained unchanged at 43,715 tomans in the banknote section and was priced at 40,795 tomans in the hawala section.

Also, the euro was traded today in exchange shops at an agreed rate of 46,599 tomans, and the dirham of the UAE was valued at 11,903 tomans.

A field investigation of the currency market in Ferdowsi Square shows that today, the free dollar was priced by dealers against exchange shops at 63,520 tomans. Dollar transactions in the unofficial market have been fluctuating over the past month, but the exchange rate remained stable during today’s transactions.

Today in Ferdowsi Square, old design gold coins were traded at a rate of 40,990,000 tomans. Also, the new design Liberty gold coins were traded at a price of 43,306,000 tomans, and their bubble has increased.
