German Chancellor Expresses Concern Over Iran's Potential Imminent Attack on Israel

German Chancellor expressed concerns about the possibility of an imminent Iranian attack on Israel.

The German Chancellor, after meeting with the new Prime Minister of Georgia in Berlin, stated in interviews that the situation is very serious.

Olaf Scholz added, ‘Both I and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock have made every effort to make it clear to Iran that no military operations should take place here.’

In a phone conversation yesterday between the foreign ministers of Iran and Germany, Annalena Baerbock had said that no one desires to escalate tensions in the Middle East. Amir-Abdollahian considered legitimate defense and punishment of aggressors as necessary.

The American newspaper Wall Street Journal has predicted that Iran is likely to carry out retaliatory attacks against Israel within the next 48 hours.
