Iran’s customs announced that the import value of mobile phones in the past year was 3.202 billion dollars.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s customs declared that the import value of mobile phones, imported into the country through two commercial and passenger methods in the year 1402, was 3.202 billion dollars.

According to the public relations of Iran’s customs, the import of mobile phones through the country’s customs via two commercial and passenger methods reached 14,688,580 devices in the past year.

45% of the total import value of the country in the year 1402 was allocated to the import of mobile phones.

This report regarding the import of mobile phones through commercial methods in the year 1402 adds that during this period, 14,222,306 mobile phones were imported with a value of 2.932 billion dollars through commercial methods and were cleared through the country’s customs.

According to this report, during the mentioned period, 466,274 mobile phones with a value of 270 million dollars were imported through passenger methods into the country.
