Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian self-governing body on the West Bank, will travel to Turkey on Tuesday, March 5th, to negotiate about the war in Gaza.

According to the French news agency, Hakan Fidan, the Turkish Foreign Minister, said today, Monday, in a foreign policy meeting in Antalya, that Mahmoud Abbas will be a guest of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister, in Ankara on Tuesday.

Their discussions will focus on the developments in Palestine, the current situation of the war, and inter-Palestinian talks.
