Shervin Haji-pour has published the court ruling.

Shervin Haji-pour, a singer-songwriter, announced that he has been sentenced to 3 years and 8 months in prison for charges of anti-establishment propaganda and inciting public unrest. He has also been prohibited from leaving the country for two years and is required to study books such as ‘Women’s Rights in Islam’.

He has also been sentenced for composing music about America’s crimes against humanity, collecting human rights violations by the US government in recent centuries, publishing them online, and participating in a behavioral and artistic skills training course.
