The leader of the Israeli opposition has lost Israel's deterrent power

The leader of the Israeli opposition has accused Israel of losing its deterrence power.

The leader of the Israeli opposition on Tuesday accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of leading the country towards complete loss of deterrence.

Yair Lapid also said in a post on Channel X that under Netanyahu’s government, Jewish violence against Palestinians in the West Bank has spiraled out of control.

Benjamin Netanyahu, who came to power again in Israel at the end of 2022 with a government consisting of far-right parties, according to Mr. Lapid, has left a trail of destruction from Beersheba to Kiryat Shmona.

He further demanded early elections in Israel.
