According to knowledgeable sources, Nikki Haley, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, intends to suspend her presidential campaign today, Thursday.
Informed sources told The Wall Street Journal about Nikki Haley’s plans. She, who was previously the governor of South Carolina, intends to announce her withdrawal from continuing the U.S. presidential campaign.
Haley, who was the U.S. representative to the UN in the previous Trump administration, suffered a heavy defeat in the preliminary competition in 15 states on Tuesday, only winning the votes of one state.
Trump won in 14 out of 15 preliminary elections of the Republicans on Tuesday.
