Published documents regarding the transfer of ownership of a 4200-square-meter garden next to the Imam Khomeini Scientific and Research Center to institutions with shareholders such as Kazem Sadeghi, the temporary Friday prayer leader of Tehran, and his sons indicate that this property has been sold at 150 times below the market price.
Yashar Soltani, the former editor-in-chief of Memari News, on Monday evening, the fifth of Farvardin, published documents showing the transfer of this land located in the Azgol neighborhood in northern Tehran. While the approximate price of this property is one trillion tomans, the selling price mentioned in the document is only six billion and six hundred million tomans.
The amount of 66 billion tomans is mentioned as the transaction amount in this document, which in today’s Tehran market, with this amount, it is not possible to buy even a small apartment in this area.
According to the published documents, this amount was paid in cash by Javad Azizi and Mohammad Mahdi Sadeghi, the sons of Kazem Sadeghi, to the seller, Kazem Sadeghi.
This is while the mentioned amount includes the smallest possible quantity of 66,400 pieces of 100,000-toman travertine, making it impossible to deliver in cash.
