A famous doctor killed by gunfire in Tehran
A well-known doctor from Tehran was shot and killed in front of his house in Saadat Abad, Tehran
According to media reports, Ali Valipour Goudarzi, the head of Tehran’s major crimes police, announced today, Sunday, August 21, the murder of an 85-year-old man in Saadat Abad
In a statement about the incident, the head of Tehran’s major crimes police said that around 7 a.m. today, a shooting incident in the Saadat Abad neighborhood was reported to the police emergency center 110, following which a team of officers immediately arrived at the scene and observed that an approximately 85-year-old individual had been targeted with a firearm in front of his house
He added that the individual lost his life due to the severity of the injuries
Regarding the identity of the deceased, he said the deceased was named Dr. Mahfoozi and had been working in the private sector in recent years
