Abbas Abdi, one of the official claims is that there is always a distinction made between dissatisfied individuals, protesters, and rioters. Can this claim be verified?
When the political structure does not listen to the dissatisfied or they lack institutional representation, it is natural that they gravitate towards protestors, and if past neglect continues at this stage, they move towards confrontation and violence or retaliation, and every government chooses a specific title for individuals at this stage.
Now, one can ask the government which demands of the protesters and the dissatisfied it has listened to and addressed during this period that it expects the unrest not to spread.
The latest response was something along the lines of labeling unveiled individuals as spies and Israeli agents or threatening to close their bank accounts. Is it not so? Please clarify.
